A Plumber is a person that is skilled and experience in the proper distribution of potable water inside an establishment. He is a tradesman that does his leaving through working with piping system inside or outside of a building. He installs, maintains and troubleshoots any piping issues. Before a plumber is allowed to work for any establishment he is mandated by the government to take up the licensor examination of the states. The written examination is often difficult that is the reason why not every plumber has a license to work. Before allowing a plumber to the work for you, ask for referral from previous work and if he has the license to do the job.
Beware! Most unscrupulous plumber is those who are unlicensed and would want to have a regular income. Unscrupulous plumber would deliberately leave loopholes into the piping system as to make you call for another plumbing job. To ensure that you pick the best plumber ask referral from friends and relatives who had been served by a plumber and was satisfied by the end result of their work.
