My Frustrations in Transferring Funds to My Local Bank

My friends have recommended me to use this online remittance company. They said they have enjoyed the quick and convenient payments of online stuffs and speedy transfer of funds. I have trusted my friends and had subscribed their service. But to make the long story short, I have done five attempts to transfer funds to my local bank and it&rsquos all reverted. I have exhausted all the means but to no avail. Aside of the paypal login problems 2010, the customer service has multiplied my frustrations. They seemed could not follow your case you need to reiterate your problems from the very beginning every time you email them. Different customer service agent is accommodating your case and every time you email them, you have to start from the very beginning to make sure they can understand and follow your case. Every transaction has corresponding charges- that&rsquos the norm in every company. But in the case of failed transactions, I don&rsquot think they should get the charge for it. It&rsquos frustrating when you don&rsquot know the system. And as first-timer, you have to get familiarized with the system first. This means this company can really be trusted.
