Watching dirt biking stunts have always made me wonder what it was like to try that trick for the first time, specially tricks involving front and back flips. Not only that, but these guys perform these tricks in the coolest motocross gear too! How do they work up the confidence to try that trick for the first time without caving into fears of landing on you head and breaking your neck. Well however they do it, it's pretty amazing to watch and that in my opinion is what sets dirt biking off-road motorbiking aside from all other sports. As I'm sure most bikers don't succeed in getting the trick, the first time they go for it, so I wonder what it's like to just "go for it" in general, whether they make the trick or not. Either way it's gotta be an adrenalin rush. Fuel TV is a good place to watch extreme sports like this and others, the best biking tricks I have ever seen were on this channel which I think unfortunately is becoming more directed towards UFC wrestling but I'm sure they still have much dirt biking programming that you can still watch. |

I am sick of seeing untidy streets in my city. I enjoy walking through the city but encountering smelly rubbish can ruin it. I am often seen picking up rubbish that could easily be recycled. In a a way I blame the city as they should provide adequate recycling bins to encourage people to do the right thing, and they don't have enough road sweepers. I would have collected hundreds of cans from the weekend. I also found lots of plastic bottles. It upsets me that all of this goes to landfill which releases methane gas which contributes to global warming. I think we all need to our bit to make the planet beautiful. I think the city is looking a lot more tidy than what is was say ten years ago however lots of people litter in the early hours and do not think anything of their actions. I hope they have a change of mind and appreciate that some people may like tidy streets for a change. |

Second hand can be cheap and most often quite affordable. Anything can easily be found in a second hand shop dealer at half the price or even less. This can save you a lot of cash if you are a savvy buyer. This therefore begs the question , why is the government being all canny and refusing us the most affordable option of buying cars second hand? Haven't they calculated how much will be saved at each household? As much as these might be genuine questions the new car tax allowance exists to counter this argument. I know many will argue it doesn't come close to what you would have saved if you bought second hand. Yeah! i know that but do you care to look at the bigger picture. The amount of carbon emission that you will save releasing to the environment. If you consider this you will discover that the environment is better taken care of with that little extra expense which goes along way and saves even more in terms of having a better place to live. The weather pattern is maintained and the climate secured. |

Everyone from everywhere believes that living in Hawaii has got to be the best luxury any one person could ask for. The truth is, Hawaii is beautiful, but it lacks in the activity department, especially when it comes to the youth. Having done many jobs myself - from selling van racking to working in retail shops, many of my colleagues were in their teens and their leisure activities would rarely involve anything other than getting wasted after work or playing video games.
We have sports and school activities, but we do not have enough hands on groups or clubs that are specifically targeted toward the youth. Here on the islands you have got to be a athlete,or affiliated in some school activity, or be apart of a religious group for your children to be involved in fun, creative activities. I would love to have an entire warehouse area, so that I could provide, a safe, entertaining, and enjoyable environment for all youth.No matter what your background, your parents income, where you are from. A place for these kids to call a second home.A place fully equipped with basketball courts, tennis courts,a swimming pool, a game room stacked with every board game known to man.A kitchen to teach the kids to cook,Just a place for me to provide a nurturing loving environment to kids who do not fit into any group, or click, or is not an athlete, or religious, a place for the out of place, so to say. |
