There's just something fabulous with men in suits that cause Melissa to go giddy like a teenager with a high school crush. She told us she goes gaga over men in suits while Enrique Iglesias was on MTV with his music video for the song Dimelo. While we were watching Enrique sing his heart out Lucy received a text message from her boss asking her about the list of outsourced call centres she was asked to do. The moment she started muttering a string of curses I turned to look at her in pure shock. Minutes ago I was daydreaming of the beautiful Enrique and then all of a sudden I was brought back to reality by her cursing. I have never heard someone utter a litany of curses straight without pause. Some of the words she uttered were even new to me, Misty laughed so hard and I was not sure if it was because of the incredulous look on my face or because Lucy finally snapped. Lucy hurriedly went to her room and I can tell she was not pleased not sure if it's with me or Misty or with her boss. |

There was a time in my life that I was not doing well. I had to drop out of college in order to take care of my mother who was terminally ill. She went to the doctor a few months ago and she had been diagnosed with cancer and she was supposed to go through intensive chemo therapy sessions. I got a job but I had to work part time because half of the time I was busy taking care of my mother who was not doing very well. When I went to apply for unemployment benefits, and they run my name through the system, they found out my mother has also been getting the benefits. That is when I asked them Can Unemployment Benefits Be Backdated? They told me that they can be backdated. It is because in order for anyone to get the benefits, they have to fill the forms on a weekly basis. My mother stopped getting the benefits because she could not make it to the offices, but their records showed that she was still eligible for benefits especially now that she was ill. |

In most working and even learning institution, when something goes wrong, is reported. When we talk about reporting, most of the people associate this element with negative news. Reports are not necessarily about bad news but also good news. Working in an outsourced call centre as a supervisor, gives me a huge task of attending to various things are the same time. I am the one in charge of inspecting all departments of the centre and make sure that it is running well. When everything is working perfectly well, I report this to the head office. The same applies when there is a problem. This communication system helps me to act when there is an emergency and save a lot from going to waste or being damaged. The same thing helps all the other departments to update the main office about what is going on in their department and the progress they are making with every sector they handle. Call centres are known to be a solution to communication problems hence they should lead through an example. They ought to communicate effectively. |

Some producers have been found in the habit of squeezing extra cash from their trusted consumers. The government has come up with a conclusion to take legal action and fight for the consumer protection act. Many consumers have undergone losses not because they are not able to manage their business but because the producer is taking advantage of them. It is for this reason that a new law has been put into place that no producer will supply their products unless thy have attained a certificate in consumer protection and the same case also applies to consumers. There has been a distribution of leaflets covering the general consumers’ laws which protect them from greedy producers who are only after their money. If you think about it, office life could be improved in several ways - from training e.g. prince2 training courses to simple common sense. A person working in an office is stuck for considerable amounts of time with people not of their choosing, unless they are the boss. There are many outdated things that happen in offices that make office life tedious and boring. If you aren't content doing the same task the same way over and over again, you will feel that office life can be streamlined and introduce more and better projects for the staff. Those in charge need to be more open to change for change to occur and this can be quite difficult. If you are not the only employee who sees where systems can be changed an optimized, try to rally the troops so you are not the only employee in an office who stands up to rock the boat. There are many new technologies that can improve paperwork, improve production and improve moral. However, if you feel that you will be fired by bringing in a new idea and know that you need your job, don't go out on a limb trying to change things. Often times in offices there is a status quo and you must be happy with that status quo or you will be rejected and often let go from the position. Weigh your options and talk it over with a few trusted co-workers if you have them. If not, enjoy the fact you have the job and accept that things will be done the way they have since the beginning of time. Office life can be fun and amusing yet it can also be callous and horrible. Choose the office where you work wisely. |

Being a parent can be a very demanding and challenging job especially if you are a single parent who is working. A major problem amongst cash-troubled friends of mine is that they always spend money before they've even got it. They are oblivious to personal finance and investing, or simply being wise with their money.
Loaning money from parents or friends before pay-day sees them run out of funds again the next month before it's even half way through. The cure is simple: refrain from glutinous spending and avoid borrowing money on the premise that "I'll have the money when I next get paid." This causes a never-ending spiral of loaning then paying and then loaning again. Prioritise spending for just one month to get your loaning under control, only paying out for what is strictly necessary – bills, rent, and food and so on. Make cut backs where possible, stop the take-aways and McDonald breakfasts every day.
Stay clear of pay day loans, the relative interest rates on these types of loans are astronomical and make absolute zero sense to take on. If you can refrain from loaning during the month by whatever means, you’ll soon find you won’t owe anyone any cash at all. |

If anyone ever tells you it's easy to stick to a budget, they're either lying or loaded. Look at all the debt management services out there and tell me it's easy to stick to a budget.
Most of us struggle with the ever flowing tide of bills that can drown us if we don't take precautions. Never under estimate the power of budgeting. First add up all your necessities, rent, heat, car insurance, gas, food and so on. Don't think you have to do this all at once and it's better to save a little extra then to come up short, sometimes things just come up. Once you've got a number it will be the base line for your rock solid budget. If you get paid hourly do the math and add up your hours, and be sure to compensate for taxes(you can find the rates from your last pay stub). All that's left to do is subtract your base line from what you take home every week or 2 and managing what's left to the best of your ability. Try to resist little urges during the day like an extra cup of coffee you may not really need. This is by far the best thing you can do because income varies so wildly but it can't hurt to keep an eye on the stock market to see how other people are spending their money. You can start by simply listening to the news and checking the numbers for the Dow Jones Industrial Average and S&P 500. Don't let a lot of graphs and text intimidate you, when you have a general idea you will learn to understand where the economy might be going and have a chance to save before things get tough. My last bit of advice is to simply pay your bills before they're due, you never know how far a little good grace will get you. |

My mother is a shrink so you can imagine who she can be at times. Lying to her is not even an option because she will catch you red handed. At times she lets us lie but at the end of the day she will make us pay for our bad decisions. She does not put us under the behavioral microscope all the time because she wants us to grow as responsible kids and also be able to learn from our mistakes. Something that is really cool. She gets bored really fast and maybe that is why she got one of the psychology jobs in tamworth. She likes helping people out. The thing about her is that she does not tell you what to do. She lets you talk and when she is supposed to talk she will ask you questions that you will answer and as you are answering them, you find yourself making the decisions yourself. She never forces anyone to do anything, and that is why many patients love her. She is the only psychologist whom you will see progress from her patients. |

My friends have recommended me to use this online remittance company. They said they have enjoyed the quick and convenient payments of online stuffs and speedy transfer of funds. Every transaction has corresponding charges- that&rsquos the norm in every company. But in the case of failed transactions, I don&rsquot think they should get the charge for it. It&rsquos frustrating when you don&rsquot know the system. And as first-timer, you have to get familiarized with the system first. This means this company can really be trusted. |

I am looking to get some alternative forms of energy in my house but i nee money to do it. I am looking ideally at solar power but the panes are stupidly expensive! there is no way i could have afforded them myself. I did an online search for grants for alternative energy but a lot available was for businesses and not for the home user it seems. I think it is crazy that in this world where everyone i worrying about global warming and stuff that they do not have any help available for people to save some money and the environment!. I will need to start the ball rolling on this soon ideally otherwise there wont be much point because of the winter coming. The main point of doing this was really to help the environment and not so much about the money i will save. I have tried contacting the energy supplier but they do not offer any kind of assistance for this type of thing they said. If i want my loft insulation then they can help with that which is a start i suppose but not great. |
